We love to hear what our customers love and want more of, so please, keep sharing on our Facebook wall or by contacting us directly!

Thank you to Padget D. for sending in a photo of her favorite item from last week: the delicious plum!

These are a hit at our house. Although, u gotta eat 'em over the sink or outside. So juicy!

Thank you to Dorrena O. on Facebook for sending these fabulous photos of her favorite items last week and how she likes to use them. These are amazing and look absolutely delicious! You rock Dorrena!

The Produce Dorrena used last week were: Red cabbage, bunched carrots, local yellow onions, potatoes, mini watermelon, rainbow chard, local field cucmbers, local leaf lettuce, fire dapple pluots, local spinach, johanna sweet peaches, gypsy sweet peppers, and slicer tomatoes.

Here’s how!

Rainbow Chard sauted in a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

We cooked up some pasta and topped with Mezzetta's Napa Valley Bistro "Creamy Vodka Style Marinara", sauted rainbow chard, and parmesan cheese.

Simple salad using the local spinach, slicer tomatoes, and the gypsy sweet peppers. Dressing is olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

80/20 Ground hamburger with fried onions and finely chopped sauted swiss chard. Some of this meat mixture will be used for nachos and the rest will be made into tacos adding the leftover black beans into this mix.

Nachos topped with hamburger mixture, black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, mexican crema, and pickled jalpenos. Mmmm!
