20 Strawberries (hulled and chopped into a very small, even dice)
1/3 Red Onion (medium, finely minced)
1 Handful of Cilantro (well rinsed and finely chopped)
1 Jalapeńo Pepper (finely minced, leave the seeds out for less heat)

- Make the salsa first so the flavors have time to marry. In a bowl, combine the strawberries, red onion, jalapeño peppers, and cilantro and toss.
- Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper and toss to coat.
- Place the bowl in the fridge until ready to serve.
