1 c of walnuts
1# trimmed roasted beets cut into large chunks
1/2 c of olive oil
1/4 c water
2 Tbl of tahini
1 to 2 Tbl lemon juice
Kosher salt Method
- Pulse walnuts in food pro until coarsely chopped.
- Add the beets and pulse until rough paste.
- Add olive oil, water, and tahini and pulse, just to combine.
- Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Serve with toasted pita points
