Original Blue Cheese Crumbles
Walnut Halves, toasted
Honey
Method- Separate endive heads into single leaves.
Fan leaves out on a platter.
Fill each leaf with about one tablespoon of cheese crumbles.
Place a walnut half on each spear, and drizzle with honey.
